I want to start by saying how incredibly grateful we are for the continued support of our community and our partners, and I want to share how thankful we are for our team members who did not give up on us during this time.

 

This has been a challenging time for our community, but it thrills me to tell you that the first of our locations, Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993, will reopen on Wednesday, July 8.

 

Here is what you can expect…

Safety First

Over these past few months, we have taken the time to meticulously reexamine our service, safety, and hygiene standards, down to the most precise detail, in order to deliver an experience that you have come to expect from The Bartolotta Restaurants.

 

One of the first things you will notice at Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993 is our new courtyard, La Terrazza, a relaxed, socially distanced outdoor dining experience where you can enjoy an authentic Italian meal under the evening sky.

 

Outdoor and indoor seating has been arranged in a way that allows for privacy and distance; and additional safety measures include:

• Face masks required for staff members and guests
• Reservations required (reservations will be held for 15 minutes) and temperature checks upon entry
• Touchless payment options and QR codes to view menus on smartphones
• Custom safety partitions between tables and booths
• UV-C technology that actively seeks and destroys microorganisms in the air and on hard surfaces
• Enhanced cleaning of dining tables with every new reservation

Let us take you on a journey to Italy!
Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993 is reopening with a fully reimagined menu that invites you to take a culinary journey through regional Italy, from the coast of Sicily to the peaks of the Italian Alps. The menu will alternate throughout the summer, focusing on different regions, and flavors, of the country.

We are reopening with Un Viaggio in Toscana. My family lived in Tuscany and I have missed being on the coast and the countryside of Toscana and in the city of Florence. With this menu, you will be able to experience the beauty and charm of Tuscany dining without leaving Milwaukee.

Guests will be able to customize their own traditional Italian meal by choosing an antipasti (small appetizer), primi (small pasta course), secondi (main course), and dolci (dessert).

Future menus will feature traditional regional specialties from:

Liguria – journeys begin July 29
Veneto – journeys begin August 19
Sicilia – journeys begin September 9
Puglia – journeys begin September 30
Lazio – journeys begin October 21

Reopening Hours
Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993 will reopen with dining hours from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays; and will start offering lunch with a traditional Italian menu – from noon to 2:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays – beginning July 11. The lunch menu will include an additional three-course option.

Bartolotta Rewards Program Update

You are receiving this special announcement to not only welcome back you, our loyal Rewards program member, but to ask for your ongoing support.  We have found it necessary, in order to reopen in a sustainable manner, to temporarily make some minor adjustments to our program.  As such, we will be limiting the amount of Bartolotta Reward Dollar redemptions to a maximum of $50 per table.  Not to worry, you will still earn Reward Points as always during your visit to any of our participating restaurants.

 

Lastly, we want to say THANK YOU for your unending support of The Bartolotta Restaurants. We have been a fixture of the Milwaukee community for 27 years because of you, and we look forward to the next 27 years. We cannot wait to dine with you again soon.
